Sleak is a tech-company that helps businesses add advanced AI-powered chat and agent functionality to their websites.
The Challenge
Recently, Sleak revamped their entire AI-powered website chat experience. Tons of new features including a built-in AI search engine, effortless human handoff, a fact-checking tool, emoji-replies (we really like that one!) and the best part - it’s all fully customizable. In short, an entirely new experience when using the AI-chatbot.
The question remains: how can we possibly fit all of those features into one launch video without making it too cluttered, too boring, too hard to follow and still keep the animation clean? Sleak contacted us to figure that out.

The Solution
Immediately from the start we had one bright idea: why not combine all of those features into one coherent storyline? One conversation, held between a customer & the AI-chatbot (which turns into an employee chatting later) that showcases every feature Sleak wants to introduce. This keeps the video easy to understand and easy to follow without getting cluttered or boring.
We wanted to make sure the video stayed true to Sleak’s brand, conveying that professionalism within the animation & sound design that Sleak is known for. It turned out to be one of our best projects to date, with the guys from Sleak being over the moon with the final result.
